If the red “ERROR” and orange “CODE” lights flashed after you entered the code: The code you entered was incorrect. Whoops! Make sure the bike’s number label matches the bike number you texted us to start the rental, and then try entering the code again.
If the box still won’t open, or you sent us the wrong bike number: End your first rental and immediately start a new one on the bike you want to use. We’ll send you a new code which should work.
If after all that the code still doesn’t work, shoot us a call, or email describing your problem so we can get the lockbox fixed up.
